1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Purchy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Purchy. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account registration

• You must provide accurate, current information
• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and billing

Free trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial of Purchy Pro. No payment information is required to start the trial. After the trial expires, you may choose to subscribe or continue using the limited free tier.

Pricing

• Monthly: $12.99 / month
• Annual: $99.99 / year (about a 36% discount)

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription or via your App Store account.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple's App Store policies. We don't issue refunds directly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission

6. Receipt and purchase data

You retain all rights to receipts and purchase data you upload. By using Purchy, you grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

7. Third-party services

Purchy integrates with services like Gmail, the Apple App Store, payment processors, and Plaid (for bank connections). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

8. Intellectual property

Purchy, the bird mark, and all related software, designs, and content are owned by Dynamic Dev Solutions LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Disclaimers

Purchy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy of return policies or merchant information
• Specific savings or financial outcomes
• That all receipts will be accurately scanned or categorized

You are responsible for verifying return windows and merchant policies independently. Purchy provides reminders, not guarantees.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamic Dev Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

12. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
